Feldbaum Family

Chronicles

There is an old Russian proverb that says, "We live as long as we are remembered". By preserving the stories and memories of those who came before us, we honor them by keeping alive in ourselves, our children and the generations to come, their works, dreams and aspirations. Around 1857, Aaron Joshua Feldbaum and Judith Smargon were born in the small Jewish Shtetl of Sherashif, Russia. In 1877 they were married and had a total of 11 children. The Feldbaum Family Chronicles details the story of Aaron and Judith and their children leaving Russia.

It is hoped that in saving our remembrances we will also bring closer those of us who today share this unique, common bond and heritage. Let these pages be a celebration of the human spirit and a loving record of all our family, past and present, without whom we would not be here today.
